Klara Berliner wurde enteignet und am 16.3.1943 deportiert. Sie kam im Ghetto Theresienstadt um. Die Villa Simon war 1860 für Obergerichtsanwalt Eduard Simon gebaut worden. Architekt war Heinrich Christian Tramm.^[13].
