Itinanghal na katedral ng Diyosesis ng Malolos, 11 Marso 1962. Hinirang na basilica menor ni Santo Papa Juan Pablo II, 1999. Bahagi ng makasaysayang bayan ng Malolos na idineklarang Pambansang Palatandaang Pangkasaysayan, 15 Agosto 2001.
