Sa edad na 72 ay binitay sa pamamagitan ng garrote kasama sina Padre Jose Burgos at Padro Jacinto Zamora sa Bagumbayan, ngayo’y Luneta, at magkakasamang ibinaon sa isang libingang walang palatandaan sa Sementeryo ng Paco, 17 Pebrero 1872.
