Thomas Graham, 1st Baron Lynedoch was born on October 19, 1748, in Perthshire.[1][2] He was the son of Thomas Graham, 6th of Balgowan.[3] His mother was Lady Christian Hope.[3][2]He was educated at Christ Church. His occupation was politician and military personnel.[4]He held positions as a member of the 1st Parliament of the United Kingdom, a member of the 2nd Parliament of the United Kingdom, a member of the 3rd Parliament of the United Kingdom, and a member of the House of Lords. He was married to Mary Cathcart (1774–present).[2] He died on December 18, 1843, in London.[1][3][2].
