## Summary

Ștefan Golescu was born on January 1, 1809, in Câmpulung. He held citizenship in the Principality of Wallachia and the United Principalities of Moldavia and Wallachia.He served as Prime Minister of Romania from 1867 to 1868. He also held the positions of President of the Senate of Romania, member of the Chamber of Deputies of Romania, and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania.He died on August 27, 1874, in Nancy.[1].
