## Summary

Srgjan Kerim was born on December 12, 1948, in Skopje. He studied at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Economics and the University of Belgrade, and later became an employer of the University of Belgrade.He served as President of the United Nations General Assembly from 2007 to 2008, and as Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2000 to 2001. From 1994 to 2000, he was ambassador of North Macedonia to Germany.Kerim received the Great Cross with Star and Sash of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Knight Grand Cross of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic.
