Otelo Saraiva de Carvalho was born on August 31, 1936, in Maputo.[1] He held citizenship of Portugal.He worked as a politician, military personnel, terrorist, and revolutionary.[2] He was a member of Popular Forces 25 April and Associação José Afonso.[2][3]He received the Medal of Military Merit, the Medalha de Comportamento Exemplar, and the Grand Cross of the Order of Liberty.[4] He died on July 25, 2021, in Lisbon.[5][6].
