He is an army officer, politician, and businessperson.He was educated at the University of Rhode Island, the United States Army Command and General Staff College, Golden Gate University, and the Naval War College. His awards include the Bronze Star Medal, Legionnaire of Legion of Merit, and an honorary doctorate.[1]He served as Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency from 2012 to 2014 and as United States National Security Advisor in 2017.[2][3][4][5] He has been a founder since 2014 and a chairperson since 2021.[2][3][4][5].
