Jürgen Stock was born on October 4, 1959, in Wetzlar.[1] He is a jurist, university teacher, police officer, and lawyer.He was educated at the University of Giessen. He has been employed by the University of Giessen (2006–present), the Federal Criminal Police Office (?–2014), Interpol, and the Hesse State Police (1978–1992).[2]He held the position of Secretary General of Interpol from 2014 to 2024.[3]
