# Idar of Kabardia

> Prince Idar was a Circassian ruler of the Caucasus. He was the great-grandson of Prince Inal, Sultan of Egypt, the founder of the "Temruk dynasty" of the Kabardian princes, in Russia known as the "Cherkassky" a Circassian princely family.
