He pursued higher education at both the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Arts at Charles University in Prague [10].Voskovec worked as a comedian, singer, playwright, film director, translator, and writer [7][5]. He died on July 1, 1981, in Pearblossom [1][2][3][4][5][7][9]. The cause of death was cardiovascular disease . He was buried at Olšany Cemetery [11].
