Fernando Sánchez Dragó was born on October 2, 1936, in Madrid. He was educated at Colegio del Pilar. His field was Spanish literature and Spanish philology.[1]He worked as a journalist, writer, politician, television presenter, literary critic, and philologist.[2][1] He received the National Award of Essay, Premio Planeta de Novela, and Hijo Adoptivo de Soria.[2][3] He had a child, Ayanta Barilli.[4][5]He died on April 10, 2023, in Castilfrío de la Sierra.[6][7] The cause of death was myocardial infarction.[8].
