# Erdmann Gottfried Camenz

> a Lutheran theologian of Germany, was born at Grossenhain (Saxony) in 1692, and studied at Wittenberg. In 1718 he was called as pastor to Schliewlde; in 1734 to Schlieben, as provost and superintendent, and he died there in 1743.
