# Brewer's house with associated distillery Rubbens

> Mansion with Rubbens distillery in Zele. "1817" in door lintel. Converted into a distillery in 1839 and a U-shaped site. From 1872 owned by Charles Rubbens – Dymphna Callebaut, many renovations. Largely demolished as a result of street works.
